Store Policy

- Our office is open Monday-Friday 11:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- If you have any questions regarding sizes, materials, and any other product attributes, feel free to contact us, and we'll gladly assist you.
- We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom cut chains and any custom personalized items but if you have any issues please get in touch with us, and we'll gladly provide assistance with your concerns.

-In some cases products are not available, we will ship whatever product we have in stock, for unavailable products we issue the refund.
- Every claim must be made within 7 days after the delivery
- The chain spool is 100 ft. so any chain order less than 100 ft. will be considered a custom cut chain.
- We don't accept any returns on sold items. No exception.
- All measurements are taken outside of the link (outer diameter).
- All cut chains come in one continuous piece.

To start a return, you can contact us at jewelsandchains@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as cut chains, sale items or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
